HOW TO MAKE SHAMI KABAB Ingredients: BLOCK 1 beef 1/2 kg daal chana 1/2 kg safaid zeera 1 tsp kaali mirch 1 tsp Lal mirch 10-12 haldi powder 1/4 tsp dhanya powder 1 tsp salt as per taste or 1 1/2 tsp sabz elaichi 5 Bari elaichi 2 dar chini 3 pieces small long 5-6 ginger 2 inch piece garlic 10-12 pieces BLOCK 2 1 lemon juice eggs 1-2 Hara dhanya chopped 1/2 cup Hari mirch 1/2 cup METHOD: put all the ingredients of BLOCK 1 with water in the pressure cooker till meat and daal chana get tender. -mix all ingredients well with the help of hand mixer or blender. -add 1 whole egg + chopped coriander leaves + green chillies and lemon juice, mix it . -now it's ready to fry and can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
