Sailing Project Boat Ep.4

After finishing a few odds and ends aboard S/V La Pura Vida, we were able to set sails on our first sea trial. Letting the trimmed sails get fresh air for the first time in at least 10 years! David Pedrick (boat designer) made a very well-balanced boat with wonderful sailing characteristics. She hardens up when heeled over, giving a very enjoyable ride. I guess you can now say she's a sailboat, though there was never any doubt.
