Blue Heaven jelly & butter hydrating lip balm - Dusty Rose 🌹 Price - ₹200 🌹Probably the cutest lip balm that I've come across in the recent times. 🌹This lip balm comes in a retractable packaging. 🌹It is decently pigmented, the color will pop better if you have full face of makeup. Glides smoothly on the lips and doesn't feel sticky or heavy. 🌹They have a good color range and dusty rose is a neutral (not too warm not too cool) mlbb shade. It looks like plum brown on my skin tone. 🌹Makes the lip glossy and shiny. 🌹Is this the most hydrating lip balm? Probably not, reapplication is required throughout the day otherwise lips will feel dry ( that's anyway generic with any lipbalm) .
