China & Russia Secretly Train Each Other's Troops -Ukraine Wrote the Textbook, Taiwan Takes the Exam

Three things happened on July 6th: a Type 094 nuclear submarine launched an ICBM from underwater for the first time, the China-Russia Joint Sea 2026 exercise opened off Qingdao, and a Russian Kilo-class submarine hunted alongside a PLA Type 039B. Not a coincidence - a supply chain surfacing. Reuters' consecutive exclusives from May to July: on July 2nd, 2025, a secret training agreement was signed in Beijing, with clauses expressly forbidding media coverage in both countries and disclosure to any third party. Around 200 Russian troops trained in Beijing, Nanjing, Shijiazhuang and Yibin, personally approved by Russian Defense Minister Belousov. In the other direction, Chinese soldiers have trained near Volgograd with Russia's 8th Army since 2024, and the PLA Daily openly studies Russia's Rubicon drone center. This is the textbook case of equivalent exchange: Russia lacks a drone industry, China lacks combat experience since 1979, and what each lacks is exactly what the other has. The tuition on the Ukrainian battlefield was paid with Ukrainian lives, and the notes now have two readers - one in Moscow, one in Beijing. Submarine silencing, anti-Starlink planning, early-warning counterstrike. And the Taiwan thread is the coldest: PLA journals name HIMARS combat data as what they want most, and Taiwan is a HIMARS operator.
