Once you complete the steps above, you should get access to go live on mobile within a few days - it does vary from region to region however so it's not a hard and fast rule. TikTok don't have any specific guidelines on this Q. Do I have to stream from Restream? A. No. Once approved for TikTok go live you can stream from Restream Studio, TikTok Studio or OBS (or any other streaming application Q. I can't connect my TikTok account A. Ensure that popups are enabled for this site as the TikTok login page pops up in a new window. Check your web browser settings for this Q. Do I have to do this from a PC? A. The Restream dashboard is a browser based application and requires a PC or desktop mode browser to be accessed. Once you've connected TikTok, mobile access should be available in a few days to a week depending on your region (once approved) Q. I click login to TikTok but nothing happens A. The TikTok login box opens in a new window. If you have popups disabled (or a popup blocker running) it will not let you continue. Ensure you allow this site to display popups Q. It asks me to add my main streaming account, but I only want to use TikTok. What do I do? A. TikTok like to give live access priority to people who stream on multiple platforms already. If you have a YouTube account or Twitch account but don't stream, just put that account as your "main" streaming account. They don't check it and it will push your application forward Q. How old does my TikTok account have to be? A. Your account must be older than 30 days Q. Why was my application rejected? A. Try set your TikTok account to be a business account and set your category to gaming. TikTok gives priority to these accounts for go live access Q.
