Keto Chocolate Mug Cake Recipe: 3 tbp cocoa powder 1 tbp sweetener (recommend Swerve granular) 1 egg 1 tbp cream (half and half) 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla extract 1. Whisk cocoa powder and sweetener in a mixing bowl to remove lumps 2. In a different bowl, beat the egg until a bit fluffy with bubbles 3. Add egg and the rest of the ingredients to the cocoa bowl and mix well 4. Spray a mug or ramekin with baking spray 5. This is the tricky part!! Microwave for 20 seconds on high, then in 7 second intervals until the desired firmness is reached. The cake should be a bit jiggly. You can gently shake the mug and you might see a little bit of chocolate liquid at the bottom but the cake is still holding together. For this video, I did 20 seconds, then 5 seconds, then 7 seconds, and 7 seconds one last time. It takes some trial-and-error - every microwave is different! 6.
