Every December, homeowner's receive their property tax bill in the mail. If you have an escrow account, your mortgage servicer is paying the taxes on your behalf. If you don't have an escrow account, you are responsible for paying the tax bill. Make sure you pay your property taxes on time to avoid penalties!
