As we round off a busy and insightful retreat week, I find myself still reminiscing about the bright smiles on my team’s faces as they listened to and watched a message thoughtfully curated for each and every one of them. The message was quite timely, officially kicking off the retreat and setting the tone for what ultimately became our best retreat experience yet.
