WARNING! Huge spoilers! Reality check allert! Allowing everything in the galaxy to be mixed up with reaper code is not a good idea... sure the choice may seem "paragon" at first, but think it through this is what the reapers ultimately want! The green synthesis ending of Mass Effect 3. Featuring cyber Joker, Ashley and plants. Wrapping things up, I strongly believe that Shepard is being conrtolled by the reapers throughout most of the game.
