Tawa Pulao Ingredients: 1 Tbsp. Oil 2 Tbsp. Butter 1 Cup Cooked Rice 1 Tbsp. Lemom Juice 1 Cup Chopped Onion 1 Cup Chopped Capsicum 1 Cup Chopped Tomato 1 Cup Green Peas (Boiled) 1 Cup Chopped Potato (Boiled) 1/2 Cup. Coriander Leaves 1/2 Tsp. Coriander Powder 1/2 Tsp. Turmeric Powder 1/2 Tsp. Red Chilli Powder 1 Tsp.Pav Bhaji Masala Salt to taste Method: 1. For Paste : Blend together 1 Tbsp. Red Chilli Powder, 1 Tbsp. Coriander Powder, 1/2 Tbsp. Turmeric Powder, 1 Tbsp. Pav Bhaji Masala, 1/2 Tbsp. Garam Masala, 1 Tbsp. Ginger Paste, 2 Tbsp. Water to form a paste & set aside. 2. Saute 1 Tsp. Jeera, 1 Bay Leaf, 1 Onion chopped, 2 Green Chillies slit in 1 Tbsp. Oil & 1 Tbsp. Butter. 3. Saute until the Onions turn translucent, then add chopped Capsicum, Tomatoes & fry till Tomatoes turn mushy. 4. Add 1 Cup boiled Green Peas, 1 Cup boiled Potato and cook for 2 mins. 5. Add 1/2 Tsp.Coriander Powder, 1/2 Tsp.Turmeric Powder, 1/2 Tsp.Red Chilli Powder, 1 Tsp.Pav Bhaji Masala & Salt to taste. 6. Cook for 2 - 3 mins on medium flame and add the prepared paste. 7. Add 1 Cup cooked Basmati Rice and mix till the masala coats well on to the rice. 8. Mix gently & cook on medium flame for 2 mins, while stirring occasionally. 9. Add 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice and combine well. 10. Add a dash of butter to enhance flavour. 11. Garnish with fresh Coriander Leaves. 12.
