TACO TUESDAY RECIPES! Beef Quesadillas, Cilantro Rice and sides 💃🏼❤️🌮

Welcome back, Y’all! Today I’m sharing with y’all how we do our Taco Tuesdays! And if I can share a secret, it’s VERY rare that we ever actually do it on Tuesdays. 🤣🤣🤣 My hubs is a huge fan of Mexican food and I have a weird hate for it, so I decided to learn to make what I like! Not only have I loved mixing it up with these recipes and trying new things, but you can also do it for SO cheap! But seriously, when we go out to eat I will MAYBE eat some refried beans and rice with my 27 lbs of chips and queso. (Oh y’all didn’t think I meant I also hate the chips and queso when I said “Mexican food” right? Everyone has to like that. That’s just unnatural 🤣) Anyways! I enjoyed doing this recipe video for y’all today. I love to cook and haven’t been able to do many of these lately, but I’m going to be getting back to some more! Thanks so much for tuning in. This was a nice twist on my normal southern inspired recipes. 😋 Now, What’s your favorite food when you go for Mexican???? RECIPES I USED! BEEF QUESADILLAS: 1 lb ground beef 1 tbsp taco seasoning 2 tsp cumin 1/2 cup salsa Salt and pepper to taste Mexican cheese mixture Mini (street taco) tortillas Assemble your quesadillas as shown in the video. Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees. Spray with olive oil spray after putting into air fryer. cook 2-3 minutes. (Make sure to keep an eye on them incase the tortillas puff up and get off the quesadilla.) Cut and serve! CILANTRO RICE: White rice ( or yellow, Spanish, etc.) Chopped cilantro (however much is your preference) 1 tsp taco seasoning (i do 1 tsp per 2 cups) Dash of cumin (to taste) 1/4 cup meat of your choice. 1 tbsp butter Salt and pepper to taste Cook rice per package ingredients. Add in butter when rice is almost finished. Mix all together with meat, taco seasoning and cumin.
