Ingredients: Mutton_1kg Ghee_3/4cup Water_1Glass Ginger Garlic Paste_1tbsp Green Chillies_4-6 Tomatoes_6 large size Salt_1/2tbsp Blackpepper_1.5tsp Corriander and Ginger for garnishing 1_Heat up Ghee add Mutton mix botti and fry on high flame for 3_4 minutes. 2_Add 1 glass water,Cover your wok and cook it on low flame for 30 minutes. 3_After 30 minutes open lid and dry excessive water on high flame. 4_Once water get dried on medium flame add green chillies ,Ginger Garlic paste and mix it with mutton. 5_Know set a layer of tomatoes on Mutton(Cut in two halves). 6_Cover and cook on low flame for 30 minutes or untill Mutton get soft and tender completely. 7_Then open lid and remove tomatoes peel with the help of tongue. 7_Know add salt ,mash all tomatoes and Cook on high flame for 3_4 minutes till tomatoes water get dried and Cook untill oil seperates. 8_ Add Ginger,fresh corriander and serves.
