Replace the batteries. 3. Hold the Home button on the Fire TV Stick remote for 10 seconds to establish a new Bluetooth connection to the Fire Stick. 4. Unplug the Amazon Fire TV Stick for 10 to 15 seconds to restart the stick. 5. If it still doesn't work, hold the Home button again for 10 seconds.
