Here it is, that one grand video game title that I received as a six year old and loved ever since. I bring you Ocarina of Time in HD, which is a 100 percent run. I'll have to subscribe to the youtube user that made the tutorial on how to set up Glide on PJ64 to run hi-res texture packs for roms. All in all, I've collected nearly everything in this run, including all 36 heart pieces, 100 gold skulltulas, all items which include the Claim Check, Mask of Truth, Four Empty bottles, and the three separate colored arrows (fire, ice, and light), all the equipment including the Biggoron's Sword, and everything is filled in the quest status subscreen. I even collected all of the compasses and maps. The only ones I've missed were the ones at the Bottom of the Well (don't really consider it a dungeon nor do I care about it) but still get the Lens of Truth and the skulltulas, and I didn't catch the Hylian Loach as that is very hard to reel in and you only can 'catch' the fish under certain conditions. As of yet, this is probably the largest youtube project that I have ever done (25 videos in all), and sorry for the last vid, as I couldn't make that one in HD unfortunately. You won't hear my voice either, just entirely the sounds of the game. All in all, I completed this run in about 11 hours and 45 minutes (approx.10 hours of gameplay , and 1 hour & 45 minutes of cutscenes) I know it's not nearly as fast as some speed runners out there, but it's a good run. I didn't heavy glitch abuse either, just getting the Lens of Truth early, ground jumping in a few places, and super sliding via Nayru's Love towards the end of the playthrough. This run has it's flaws and it isn't perfect, like me trying to stop the Goron to give me the Goron Tunic and having some difficulty with earning some of the Pieces of Heart in the game. But all in all, I give praise to the author who made the textures as he apparently worked very diligently on this. I'm not a huge fun of Wind Waker, but I applaud his artistic talent all the same. In this run, I'll be covering the beginning walkthrough of Kokiri Forest and completing the first dungeon, Inside the Deku Tree. I hope you guys enjoy this as much as I did making this.
