My mom went with her classic of a Colorado Bulldog, a creamy, fizzy twist on a White Russian that feels like a cozy blanket in a glass—rich, smooth, and just right for a crisp fall evening.😍 I decided to try a couple of cocktails from their October-themed menu, starting with the Caramel Apple Pie Martini. Made with vanilla vodka, apple cider, butterscotch schnapps, cream and cinnamon syrup, this drink was sweet, cozy and a fall dessert in a glass💚 My second drink was The Green Grimore, made with Bombay sapphire, green chartreuse, lemon juice, honey syrup, orange bitters, and egg white. Each sip was smooth and layered, with the honey softening the bold botanicals and the lemon giving it a zesty finish🍋 The whole place is decked out—cobwebs stretching across pictures on the wall, little ghosts in frames at every table, orange-and-purple lighting that makes everything feel just a little haunted, and even a giant green alien greeting you when walking through the door.
