The Search for Franklin's Lost Expedition

Franklin's Lost Expedition was the mysterious disappearance of two ships in the frozen waters of the Canadian Arctic. The voyage initially set out to map the elusive North West passage. However, this plan fell short when the expedition was met with hardship and death before their disappearance in 1845. In their wake, the crew left clues to their final fate but it has taken decades for the mystery to be pieced together by the explorers, historians and scientists who sought after the answers to this great mystery.
