Karelon ko dhokar halka crush karein aur beej nikaal kar karelo m namak laga kar 15 min dhak kar rakh dein,aur crushed part m b namak lga k rkh den. 15 minutes k baad karele or crushed part ko pani se ache se dho len.Fr ek sookhe kpde se karelo ko ponchh len. 2.Karelon ko sarson ke tel mein golden brown hone tak fry karein.Bacha hua tel tadke ke liye rakhein 3.Usi Sarso k oil m Sookha dhaniya, karele ke beej aur peesa hua pyaz daalen aur hybrid tamatr b cut krke daalen.Thodi der pkaayen aur uske baad finally chopped pyaz b alg se daalen aur jo karele ka crushed part tha wo b add kren.Ek chamach namak add kren. 4. Masale- Haldi,pisi hui laal mirch ka powder,degi mirch,1 spoon saunf powder jo k taste ko increase krta hai,dardare paise huye khde masalo ka powder,Pisa hua jeera or dhniya powder,1/2 tsp thoda or namak,2 tsp amchur powder aur saunth powder add kren. 5.Ache se sab chizon ko saute kren. 6.Jab masala sookh jaaye to karelon mein bhar kar 5โ7 min dhimi aanch par pakayein. 6.
