This is where i killed Magusar. For the sigils,i recommend you gettin Cause and Affect -sigil and the Cataclysm -sigil for increased damage against him, and for decreased to you.Then just take the sigils that boost your spells most.take a lot of ranged attacks with you and one a little stronger spell(i recommend melee) to kick his ass.
