Stalker 1979

A brief review of Andrei Tarkovsky’s dystopian masterpiece “.Stalker,@ based on Arkady and Boris Stugatsky’s novel “Roadside Picnic.” A bizarre, deep, philosophical discourse on the nature of faith, belief and inner life, it’s a work that almost defies definition, like the Zone that exists as its backdrop. Highly recommended.
