UPDATED BEST VEX TROUBLE BUILD in Borderlands 4

Here is an UPDATED BEST VEX TROUBLE BUILD in Borderlands 4, after we got the Bounty Pack 1 with the Rowdy Rider this gives us a great new mobbing weapon, and this build will scale decently when UVH6 comes out this month. While Trouble doesn't give the same DPS as going full into the green skill tree, it still gives a nice target for the enemies, so we can focus on getting crits.
