How to construct a LED grow light

Step by step instructions to construct a LED grow light. Overall estimated device dimensions: LxWxH: 26 1/2 "x 11 1/2"x 16" Materials needed: -Small roll of black electrical tape -9 to 10 feet of 1/2" PVC pipe (or (2) 5 foot sections 1/2" PVC pipe) -5 feet 1/2 " electrical conduit EMT pipe (6) 1/2" PVC elbows (2) 1/2" slip end caps (2) 1/2" slip tees (2) 1/2" tee with middle thread and two slip ends (2) 1/2" threaded end caps (2) 2" screws (grind ends off to measure about 1 3/4 " in length a piece) (2) LED Light panels LED light panel website: https://jet.com/product/A-Yescom-225-... Suggested tools: -PVC Pipe Cutter -Copper Cutter -Tape measure or ruler -Black sharpie marker -(Optional for gluing pipe) Christy's Red Hot Blue Glue (8 fl. oz) -Drill press and drill bits up to 3/4 " (could use extra PVC pipe and cut two lengths and clamp to hold down threaded end tee while drilling out holes) -Grinder Base Frame Parts: 1- (1) 24" or 2 foot PVC pipe length 2- (2) 1/2" PVC elbows 3- (2) 1/2" PVC tees 4- (4) 4" lengths 1/2" PVC pipe pieces 5- (2) 1/2" PVC slip end caps 6- (2) 16" cut lengths of electrical conduit EMT pipe 7- (1) small roll of black electrical tape (to be wrapped around EMT pipe thick enough to tightly fit into 1/2 " PVC tee) Top Frame: 1- (2) 1/2" PVC threaded end tees with slip ends with 3/4" hole bored in middle 2- (2) 1/2" PVC threaded end caps 3- (4) 1/2" PVC elbows 4- (2) 2 " screws (grind down to about 1 3/4 " with grinder for flat point) 5- (2) 24" or 2 foots lengths 1/2" PVC pipe pieces 6- (4) 4" lengths 1/2" PVC pipe pieces 7- (2) LED light panels (to place on top of frame) Other ideas for consideration: To make stand heavier and hold in place more secure, could use tube sand to put in 1/2" PVC pipe base frame and use end caps to seal off, or just simply screw some electrical conduit clamps to attach base frame into flat surface of ply wood or work table.
