February 15th -The feast of Saint Claude la Colombière

Today, February 15 , we celebrate the feast of *Saint Claude la Colombière*. Born in the south of France during 1641, Claude la Colombiere belonged to a family of seven children, four of whom entered the priesthood or religious life. He attended a Jesuit school in his youth, and he excelled at studies, and enjoyed the company of his family and friends, social activities, and the explosion of arts and literature occurring at the time.
