There are a lot of reasons I think the video missed the mark, especially since it was supposed to be clearing up myths about DSCR loans. But this? This was the biggest flaw of them all. The sad part is, people are out here making statements to the public that are just flat-out wrong 🚫. ✅ 15% down DSCR using short-term rental income does exist. ✅ It’s been out there. ✅ It’s still out there. Who knows what the future holds, but in 2025, this product has been active all year.
