Arkahm City is a prison made on old Gotham City island that has been cut off from Gotham with Hugo Strange put in charge who has been missing for months. As you enter Arkham City you find out that Hugo Strange know's who Batman is and he plans on using something called protocol 10. It is up to as Batman to find out what protocol 10 is and find out what Hugo Strange is really up to by using new skills and gadgets new and old to stop Hugo Strange and any of Batman rogues gallery in Arkham City.
