3-2-1 pie dough One of the first formulas you learn as a baking and pastry student @theculinaryinstituteofamerica 👩🏻‍🍳 I've made it year after year, and it's also the same crust recipe I used for my pecan pie on Food Network's HBC! The best part is since it's a ratio, it's so easy to scale up and down, and you never have to pull out a printed recipe 🥧 3 flour : 2 fat : 1 liquid 12oz all purpose flour 8 oz cold, cubed butter 4 oz ice cold water Pinch of salt Give the recipe a try and maybe it'll soon become a household staple for you too!
