Boil water in a pot. 2. When the water boils, add salt and a little oil (the pasta will not stick). 3. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook for 8–10 minutes. 4. Once cooked, drain the water and rinse with cold water. --- 2) Prepare the sauce/spices 1. Add 1 teaspoon of oil to a pan or frying pan. 2. Lightly fry the garlic with the minced garlic. 3.
