Tic-Tac-Toe is a popular 2-player game played on a piece of paper. In this game, each player tries to mark all 3 spots in rows, columns or diagonals. In this video; I implement the game in Java, so that two players can play the game on a computer screen. In this video, there is no talking but only keyboard ASMR sounds.
