For more recipes visit: www.briskkitchen.in Chicken Momo | Chicken Momo Roses | Steamed Chicken Momo Follow @thebriskkitchen Ingredients Maida - 200 gm Cooking oil - 1 teaspoon Salt - 1/2 teaspoon Water - 100 ml Cooking oil - 1 teaspoon Butter - 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon Chicken keema - 250 gm Chopped onion - 1 mid sized Chopped coriander - 1 tablespoon Salt - 1/2 teaspoon Water - 250 ml Preparation In a mixing bowl add maida, cooking oil, salt and mix well. Add water and knead to a dough. Keep aside. In a pan heat oil and butter. Add ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala. Mix well. Add to a bowl of chicken keema. Mix well. Add chopped onion, chopped coriander and salt. Mix well. Roll out portions of the maida dough and flatten using a rolling pin. Use 3 circular molds of decreasing diameter to cut out sets of 3 circles. Lay the largest circle on a flat tray. Lay the second circle on top starting from the midpoint of the first. Place the third atop the second, again starting from the midpoint . Place the chicken stuffing along the the centre and close the dumpling, pressing the maida part lightly. Roll the dumpling and use a touch of water to seal the end. In a large/deep pan add water. Place a steel sieve to create height and place a bamboo steamer atop the sieve.
