All the ingredients used in this salad are extremely healthy: Kale – Rich in Vitamin A, K, C, Copper, Magnesium, Proteins and fiber. Pomegranate- Full of Vitamin B5, serves as an anti-aging and protects against free radicals. Sunflower Seeds- Beneficial for skin as it contains Vitamin A. Cucumber -Again vitamins.
