Meal Prep With Me | Cooking to make life easier

Hello everyone! Welcome to the first video on this channel! I've always loved the idea of vlogging and I decided to slowly venture my way into this type of content. I needed to get some meals done and in the freezer so I could help my future self out. Meal prepping has been a big game changer for me, it's a lot more efficient, a lot cheaper and saves me a lot of time. Instead of just cooking a few portions, make a bigger batch of what you're cooking and put it in the freezer. You cook double the food in the same amount of time. Alternatively, you can cut up more veggies and have those chopped and ready to go, or maybe marinate some protein in zip log bags and have those in your freezer. Small efforts add up, and even the little things that you do to help yourself in the future pay off, which is why I meal prep. Does it take a bit longer to cook so many meals in one sitting? Yup. But did I need to free up time and mental energy for other things? Oh yes. And it's so phenomenal to be tired after a long day and not have to worry about your lunch for work on the next day, cause it's already done and you just need to get it out of your freezer.
