It's Cold Brew Time! 💫🤍☕️📸 . . . The special thing about cold brew that it has a unique texture and taste. It allows you to avoid over extraction and any harsh tasting notes as you are brewing the coffee on a room temperature or in the fridge. . That being said, we believe that it is probably the most forgiving brewing method that can fits all types of roasting profiles ranging from Dark Roasts and up to Light roasts 💯 . . It will be a nice idea to experiment with two very different coffee beans in cold brew method to find out your preference. We personally enjoy both of them. . The first one is by using sweet and fruity coffee beans which will result in an extremely refreshing cold coffee drink. However, this kind of brew is mostly enjoyable as is. Without adding any milk. . The second one is by using well developed dark roasted coffee beans. You will get sweet, dark chocolate, and woody notes without the usual harsh bitterness of dark roasts. This type of brew is versatile as you will be able to drink it as is, or by adding milk to it. . We used medium roasted Brazilian beans in this video. However, as this was our frist brew, we should've gound the beans a bit finer. Overall, the coffee was delicious and enjoyable with or without milk. .
