Is this NYC’s most impressive flexible workspace? I had the absolute pleasure of going to see Brookfield Properties Space+ product at One Manhattan West. Space+ is Brookfield’s managed solution office that allows companies to move into a prebuilt, fully furnished, ready to go space with more term flexibility. Located on the 53rd and 55th floors of this $2billion, 67 story building, you are immediately blown away by the 360 degree views of Manhattan. They have 5 pre built private offices options ranging from 15,000 sqft to 5,000 sqft all with access to the shared areas in the middle of the floor plan. What do you think?
