The story follows Ajay Ghale and American who was born in Kyrat but left as a child with his mother. Due to his mothers final wishes on her death bed he returns to Kyrat to take her ashes to a place called 'Lakshmana' but gets get in the bloody war between the two factions and must fight to save Kyrat and return is mothers ashes.
