Happy cooking enjoy ❤️ Goan Chicken Cafreal Masala (for ~1 kg chicken) Ingredients: Fresh coriander leaves – 1 cup (tightly packed) Green chilies – 5 to 8 (adjust to spice preference) Ginger – 1.5 inch piece Garlic cloves – 8 to 10 Cinnamon stick – 1 inch Cloves – 6 to 8 Peppercorns – 1 tsp Cumin seeds – 1 tsp Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp Lime juice or Vinegar – 2 tbsp (tastes best with local vinegar) Sugar – 1/2 tsp (balances the flavours excellently) Salt – to taste Onion - lightly sauté 1 whole Instructions: 📝 1. Clean the coriander: Wash and roughly chop the coriander leaves and stems. 2. Grind: Add all the ingredients to a blender/mixer jar and grind into a smooth, thick paste using a splash of water or vinegar as needed. 3. Taste and adjust: Check for salt, spice, and acidity balance tweak to your liking.
