Sweden drops rape investigation against Julian Assange

Swedish prosecutors have dropped an investigation into a 2010 rape allegation against WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange. He sought refuge for seven years in the Ecuadorian embassy to avoid extradition over the case but was evicted earlier this year and sentenced to 50 weeks in a British jail for breaching bail conditions. Assange still faces a possible extradition warrant to the United States for allegedly trying to hack into a Pentagon computer. Al Jazeera's Nadim Baba reports.
