Readings: Isaiah 43: 16-21; Psalm 126: 1-2, 2-3, 4-5, 6; Philippians 3: 8- 14; John 8: 1-11 ========================================================================= #The_readings_for_the_5th_Sunday_in_Lent, year C, invite us to reflect deeply on themes of renewal, mercy, and our journey of faith. In the first reading from Isaiah, we hear the Lord proclaiming a promise of newness: “I am about to do a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?” This radical call to see the new creation God is initiating reminds us that God is always at work in our lives, offering us opportunities for transformation and growth. Just as He led the Israelites through the desert, we too are invited to trust in His guidance, even in our moments of uncertainty. Psalm 126 echoes this message of hope and restoration. It speaks of the joy when God turns our sorrow into laughter. It urges us to remember the goodness of God, who brings us forth from our struggles and transforms our tears into shouts of joy. Are there areas in our lives where we need this renewal? Where can we call out to God, asking Him to transform our despair into hope? In the Gospel of John, we encounter the poignant story of the #woman_caught_in _adultery. ========================================================================= ‪@MyCatholicLifeJMJ‬ ‪@jesuscalls‬ ‪@DailyDoseOfInternet‬ ‪@gospelpraisebr‬
