🍖 Authentic Mutton Stew Recipe 😋 Soft & Juicy Mutton 👌 Easy Homemade Curry In this video, I’m sharing a traditional mutton stew recipe that turns out incredibly soft, flavorful, and rich. This slow-cooked mutton curry is perfect for family lunches, dinners, or special occasions. Serve it hot with chapati or naan for the best taste! 📝 Ingredients: Mutton – 1 kg (cleaned & washed) Onions – 6, thinly sliced Turmeric powder – 1 tsp Salt – 1 ½ tsp (adjust to taste) Red chilli powder – 2 tsp Coriander powder – 6 tsp Thick curd (dahi) – 350 grams Crushed coriander seeds – 2 tsp Dry red chillies (athana mirch) – 10–12 Bay leaves – 4 Cinnamon sticks – 3–4 small pieces Black cardamom – 3 Cloves – 7–8 Shahi jeera – 1 tsp Whole black pepper – 1 tsp Crushed garlic – 100 grams Oil – 200 ml Water – 2 glasses 👩🍳 Method: In a large bowl, add mutton, sliced onions, all spices, curd, crushed garlic, and oil. Mix everything very well and marinate for 30 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a pressure cooker and add 2 glasses of water. Cook for 10–12 whistles on medium flame. After pressure releases, cook on medium flame until the water completely dries and oil separates. Garnish with: Fresh chopped coriander 1 big green chilli (sliced) Long, thin ginger juliennes 🍽 Serving Suggestion: Serve hot with chapati, naan, or tandoori roti.
