How does a student think of an International Mathematical Olympiad?

This video was made in commemoration of William. 17 years old William takes the international mathematical Olympiad exam he's diagnosed with asperger's syndrome and loves math more than anything else, so he assumes he'll win a medal in the competition which he hopes will help him reconnect with another student in the exam Sarah. Sarah who he used to be friends with, however, the weight of this goals and Incomprehension of why the friendships ended distracts him from solving the questions.
