Garlic Pickle Recipe | Chilli Garlic Pickle | Lahsun ka Achar

This is a quick and easy Garlic Pickle recipe Ingredients 500 ml oil 500 gms Garlic Sliced 1 tablespoon cloves 1 tablespoon pepper corns 1 large stick Cinnamon Stick 2 tablespoons fennel seeds 1 teaspoon carom seeds 2 tablespoons mustard seeds 1 teaspoon Hing (Asafeotida) 1 tablespoon Nigella seeds or Kalonji 2 tablespoons Kashmiri chilli powder 1and 1/2 tablespoon Cumin powder 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder 8 green chillies finely chopped 3 tablespoons fresh ginger grated 1 teaspoon Black salt 2 teaspoons salt 2 tablespoons lime juice Method Grind to coarse powder 1 tablespoon cloves, 1 tablespoon pepper corns, 1 large stick Cinnamon Stick, 2 tablespoons fennel seeds, 1 teaspoon carom seeds, 2 tablespoons mustard seeds and keep aside Place a pot on medium heat and add to this 500 ml oil Add 1 teaspoon Hing (Asafeotida) and give it a stir Add 1 tablespoon Nigella seeds or Kalonji and give it another stir and let it sizzle Add the ground coarse powder kept aside and stir everything Add 2 tablespoons Kashmiri chilli powder, 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder 1 tablespoon Cumin powder and further stir all this Add 3 tablespoons fresh ginger grated, 8 green chillies finely chopped, 500 gms Garlic (Sliced thinly) and stir everything well, coating all the garlic in this pickle masala Add 1 teaspoon Black salt, 2 teaspoons salt and stir Bring this to a bubbling point and turn the heat to low and simmer Simmer this for 10 minutes stirring every 5 minutes Finally add 3 tablespoons lime juice to this, stir everything well and remove from heat Let this cool completely and remove in an airtight container
