Mental illnesses are still viewed as a stigma 🫣 in our society. Having worked in this field for more than 15 years, we have found that the biggest challenge 😳😒 lies in the acceptance 🙁 of psychiatric problems. Therefore, we — the team of Samyak Rehabilitation Center 😊 in association with IMA PCB Branch — organized 🙂 a Mental Health Awareness Program 🌟 on 10th October to mark the occasion of World Mental Health Day. The program featured role plays, skits, dances, and a fashion show depicting various symptoms of psychiatric disorders 🙆, their prognosis, and ways to deal with them 💁. It’s a small 🙋 yet meaningful effort to raise awareness about this serious 🤦 issue and promote understanding and acceptance of mental health challenges.
