DNA structure - Supercoiling

In this video on DNA structure we will be looking at how DNA becomes positively and negatively supercoiled and the effect of this on linking number. To prevent supercoiling, there are different topoisomerases which can remove or add twists to DNA using different methods which we will discuss.
