In a pan, warm the cream and grated cheese together until the cheese melts. Add half the crushed black pepper and set aside. In the same pan, sauté onions and garlic in the butter-oil mix. Combine the drained potatoes, sautéed onion-garlic mixture, salt, remaining black pepper, and the melted cream-cheese sauce. Mix well and transfer into a buttered 6-inch tin. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 35-40 minutes. Soybean Sausages Ingredients: 1 cup soybeans (boiled with a little salt and drained) 1 green chili, chopped 7-8 cloves of garlic, chopped A few coriander leaves 4 tablespoons grated cheese 6 tablespoons breadcrumbs Procedure: Grind the boiled soybeans into a paste with garlic, green chili, and coriander. Mix in the grated cheese and breadcrumbs. Shape the mixture into sausages and chill them in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Then lightly sauté in a bit of butter until golden. Fruit Salad Ingredients for Fruit Salad: Apple, grapes, pomegranate and orange 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper 1/4 teaspoon black salt and regular salt Chopped coriander leaves 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala Procedure for Salad: Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper, black salt, and regular salt to make a dressing. Toss it with the chopped fruits.
