Sugar Skull makeup for Halloween

Happy Halloween guys and gals!!! It's one of my fave times of the year again. I love dressing up or colouring up my face. This year is extremely special as I just started Youtube and I get a chance to show my makeup and artistic skills here. It's my first time recreating and playing with this look, nervous and excited same time, please do pardon me if it wasn't done properly, even though I'm not Mexican I do respect this festivity and I love dressing up and doing face art too with makeup. I'm so happy to be able to display my own version of doing d skull, and its based on a picture I referred to from the net. Also has purple as d main colour which is my fave colour and so I chose it. Day of the dead which falls on halloween day itself is called Dia de los muertos in Spanish. Its a widely celebrated occasion today as the design and culture has led to a huge growth of many people dressing n drawing up their faces based on Catrina, the lady of the dead. With beautiful petals and flowers, and colourful rhinestones and so many shades of colours, anyone can use any kind of colours or method of colouring their faces. You can use rhinestones, pearl stones, or just plain colours too. You may also choose to use to choose body paint, the better quality which are Mehron and Graftobian (commonly seen in Madeyewlook channel by my favourite idol, Alexys Fleming) or just plain makeup. Designs and colours are entirely upto how you wanna colour your face. You need not go out to specially buy the products, you can use whatever you have also. As long you feel comfortable. Day of the Dead face painting has exploded in popularity in recent years, as the color and allure of Mexico's famous holiday spreads around the world. Let me show you how I apply sugar skull makeup, inspired by the vibrant candy skulls of Dia de los Muertos. Day of the Dead art is commonly seen in paintings, tattoos, pottery, jewelry and more. As this Mexican holiday and cultural tradition grows in popularity, its iconography is now appearing in a broad range of mediums, especially face and body art, with beautiful results.
