Signature dishes at Volcano Bay
When Volcano Bay opens next month at Universal Orlando Resort, the food and beverage team will take theme park food up a couple of notches. It's not just burger and hotdogs any more; this is great food created around the waterpark's South Pacific theme. I had a chance to try a number of the signature dishes tht will be offered.
