DAILY WORD OF GOD - March 12, 2023 | evening prayer Where no wood is, there the fire goeth out: so where there is no talebearer, the strife ceaseth. -Proverbs 26:20 Prayer: Dear God, help me not to gossip about others. Watch my words and my heart and guard my intentions. When someone gossips about someone else around me, help me to cease this type of talk. When I am tempted to speak out something unkind about someone, remind me that this individual is precious in your sight. Help me use only words that edify others and draw others closer to you. Thank you, Lord, for providing us the perfect example of how to love others with your son, Jesus Christ, our savior. In Jesus' name, amen.
