Meal prepping is overwhelming

Meal prepping is overwhelming

In the world of social media food videos and workouts, we are overwhelmed by diets, supplements, booty bands and every style of training. Everyone claiming theirs is the one that works and will change your life. In the end all these can be useful and added into your routine to help, But what really matters is choosing meals and workouts that are realistic for you? You have to want to actually incorporate these things into your daily life. So choosing recipes/workouts that are easy to understand and execute is key! This is one of my favorite bowls I’ve made for years now, I find it extremely easy and flavorful! I typically change up the salsa each time to make it different. Using mango, peaches, pineapple, black beans or corn! And change up between chicken and steak. When it comes to creating your meals. Just have fun, pick fresh and easy food YOU’LL actually eat after making! For workouts start small with exercises you actually understand or can figure out how to preform properly, then move on each week! You don’t have to do shoulder presses with the hack squat or abduction with the lateral raise shoulder machine. 😅 • • • I used 8 chicken thighs(remove excess fat), but you can use breasts or even flank steak! I’m a big bowl: Juice pineapple or 2 limes (1/4 cup) 4 cloves minced garlic 1-2 chipotles in adobe chopped up Homemade taco seasoning: 1 TBS chili powder 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes 1/4 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp paprika 1 1/2 tsp cumin 1 tsp salt and pepper Marinade for at least 1 hour or even overnight! Chicken goes into the air fryer at 390° after 6 minutes give them a flip then back in for 6 more minutes! Add your favorite salsa and rice, to make this bowl your own 🤗 Last if you like sour cream I like to throw some raw minced garlic, lime zest and juice with some salt to make a fun crema to top! #cooking #recipes #mealpreps #food #easyrecipes #healthyrecipes
