Here is a good warm up sequence for middle splits (the full touch down to the floor is not for beginners though. You can adjust the intensity by using blocks or other tools depending on your flexibility)! This sequence is good if you need a quick warm up before trying tricks that need middle splits 🥰 Note that this video is sped up and you should do these exercises with your own pace! This is a good warm up routine but you still need to do conditionings to strengthen muscles 😅🤣🤣.
