Sulforaphane is a naturally occurring compound found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, and Brussels sprouts. 📌But broccoli sprouts are the richest in sulforaphane. The sprout phase is between two and five days then we move to the microgreen phase which is between 10 and 14 days. Then you have baby greens which are between 15 to 40 days and finally adult vegetables take 40 to 150 days.
