Interborough Express
The Interborough Express, or IBX, is a proposed circumferential rail line in New York, which Governor Kathy Hochul made a priority. Is it good? YES. Is it being planned well? For the most part, no, and the video goes over the ongoing planning problems and what can be done to fix them. The good news is that the alignment is so strong that it would take colossal incompetence - much worse than what we're seeing so far - to make it cost-ineffective.
