Solution 2: Run the Windows Security Tool 1. Open Settings, then head to Update & Security. 2. From the left pane, select Windows Security - Open Windows Security - Virus and threat protection. 3. Click the Quick scan button. Windows 10 will remove any detected harmful files. 4. Once the scan is complete, test your keyboard. Solution 3: 1. Right-click Start - Device manager. 2. Extend the Keyboard menu. 3. Right-click the driver and select Update driver. 4. In the pop-up window, click Search automatically for drivers - Search for updated drivers on Windows Update.
